First week of reshaping July 29


After giving birth to Maddox I did a lot of cardio with breast feeding and I lost all my weight and more! I had a misconception as many people do that if I workout my arms they will bulk up. Therefore, I decided to do some research and try the less weight more reps method and lots of calisthenics.  I literally had no butt, stomach was flat and I dropped to a size 4 (normal size is 8). Everything was great but my butt and thighs were wobbly. 

This is week one !
I downloaded an app called Adrian James. I do the elite 15 minute routine 4 days last week ! And abs and core for 10 mins twice a week. Then once a week I do cardio. This video was my cardio day, although it involves other workouts. I try to keep it pretty simple .. although this specific one is complicated because I'm targeting the same muscles back to back .. I was kind of freestyling.
