Running poem

Ain't nothing like Running ...The struggle for me to finish the run with no breaks makes everything else feel like a piece of cake ... Get me dispirited frustrated or angry ..I'm not goin to retaliate I'm goin I run it off .. Might even shed a tear it two .. But you Must release it .. ..your time is overdue ..cut that negative energy only poisons you.. remember Some things take years to bloom. So If yu made a mistake Dont drown over it ..I've learned through the years to just accept and let go of it..so run n don't stop till your legs flop like forest gump don't give up
